Collaborating with Urban Splash, we completely revamped their brand identity, inclusive of their film and photography, building an award-winning website via Craft CMS, which integrates with Salesforce, permitting users to search and refine properties.
Overview
Urban Splash, a major UK property developer founded by Tom Bloxham and Jonathan Falkingham, partnered with Tokyo Digital in 2017 to revitalise its brand and digital presence. The scope included a new brand identity, printed materials, films, photography, web platforms, and event campaigns. A key output was an award-winning website built on Craft CMS.
Challenge
Urban Splash had outgrown its WordPress-based setup. Managing property listings and updates involved duplicated efforts between internal systems and the website. The brand’s digital tools lacked the scalability, integration, and user experience expected by both internal teams and modern homebuyers.
Solution
We built a new digital platform using Craft CMS with real-time Salesforce integration. This eliminated duplication by syncing internal property data directly to the website. Sales enquiries were routed automatically to the right teams. The new site also featured refined UX for property search and filtering, delivering a smoother customer journey. On the backend, we hosted the site on AWS infrastructure with a setup focused on uptime and resilience. This overhaul streamlined internal workflows, simplified site management, and delivered a scalable, maintainable platform aligned with Urban Splash’s ambitions.
