House by Urban Splash

In partnership with Urban Splash, we created a digital platform to support their modular housing project, House. The platform includes a public-facing website, Salesforce integration, digital sales tools, and a real-time home configurator that allows buyers to personalise their home layout and features.

Urban Splash needed a digital experience that matched the flexibility and innovation of their modular housing approach. The goal was to simplify complex home-buying decisions, streamline the sales process, and reflect the customisability of Row House — their new housing typology debuting at Wirral Waters.

We built an intuitive, interactive configurator and digital platform that empowered buyers to explore design options like adding a rooftop terrace. The experience integrated directly with Salesforce, helping the sales team manage leads and preferences efficiently. The result was a digital-first toolset that supported both customer choice and business operations as Urban Splash launched 350 homes in partnership with Peel L&P.
