Tokyo Digital collaborated with Cisco’s global Meraki Go team to redesign and rebuild their online presence. The main goal was to launch a new website and Content Management System using WordPress and WP Engine. The new platform needed to be more flexible, easier to manage, and better aligned with Meraki Go’s growing needs.

Cisco had previously relied on a bespoke CMS built by another agency, which proved too limited and didn’t meet the team’s expectations. We inherited a partial set of design files and had to repurpose them efficiently within a restricted budget. The platform’s technical constraints, combined with the need to stretch the remaining budget across phases, added complexity to the delivery.

We planned the project in phases and restructured the available design assets to fit the new WordPress setup. We handled the technical migration and CMS implementation with a focus on scalability, user-friendliness, and long-term maintainability. The result was a faster, more flexible site that better reflected Meraki Go’s identity. This project demonstrated our ability to navigate digital transformation challenges while aligning with Cisco’s broader vision of accessible, cloud-managed IT.
